What can I say about Toyota of Sanford. Everyone is so friendly. I bought a brand new 2012Toyota Camry last February from Jay Anthony. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and knew exactly where to find what I was looking for. I never felt pressure to buy a car and he allowed me to take my time. My parents fell in love with him lol! He gave me the best deal ... with extra perks. When I wrecked my car and I need another one, I called Jay right at the site of the accident. I had to go back because the customer service Toyota of Sanford provides is out of the world! I bought a 2013 Toyota Camry and Tye and Jay worked together to give me the best deal for my budget. On July 19,2010 my wife in I were in an accident which reulted in the lose of our vehicle. I call Toyota/Scion of Sanford, NC and set up an appointment. Upon arrival we were greeted by very friendly employess and treated with nothing but kindness. Our saleman was Dan Graham and took care of us in a very professional manner. I told Dan exactly what I wanted and he took ... took us straight to the vehicle. After looking at the vehicle and test driving the 2011 Camry I was sold. The price was outstanding and our visit was pleasant and quick. We were introduce by Dan to the staff that will be taking care of our maintencance on the vehicle and all of them were professional and very kind. I would highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a toyota to go see Dan. Family! That is the word. To describe the atmosphere at Toyota of Sanford one has to use no other word than "family". Mr. Dan Graham and Mr. Eddie Seals present themselves more like "family" than businessmen/salesmen. Yes, the cars and trucks are great. The prices and deals are competitive, and mostly better. Sure, I could go elsewhere to get the truck to pull my boat ... boat, or to buy my college son his wheels for driving around The University of Alabama while impressing the Tide coeds. But, Dan Graham and Eddie Seals won't be at the other dealerships. No Sir, I am no fool, commissions and profits are made each time I purchase a vehicle-that is the charm of capitalism. But I want to insure these mundane but necessary items stay with those who treat me and mine as "family". Some of my former Special Forces buddies criticize me for not buying American. I tell them everyone I saw at Toyota of Sanford is American. And I tell you this, Dan and Eddie could be descendants of Tojo himself and I would buy my car from them. My wife and I were looking to buy a new vehicle, especially a hybrid. We had gone to various other dealerships and finally decided to drive from Fayetteville to Toyota of Sanford. Tom took the time to fully explain all of the features of the car as well as answered all of ... l of our questions. He was very professional and patient even when we were discussing purchasing the vehicle. My experience was very positive. The whole experience was so positive that my wife and I came back within one month and purchased another vehicle from Tom and Toyota of Sanford. We went to another Toyota dealership in the area before buying the second vehicle, yet we were made to feel that volume was more important than customer service.
