The 2012 Toyota Prius c is a more cost-efficient, more fuel-efficient, cuter version of the traditional Toyota Prius that's made especially for the city- though it excels in many different driving situations. You'll find many of the same impressive amenities (safety, technology, etc.) on the Prius c, as only small sacrifices in refinement have been made to achieve the vehicle's much lower starting price of only $18,950.

Toyota Collaborates with Boys & Girls Clubs of America to Aid in U.S. High School Dropout Crisis



Community-conscious Toyota is very concerned about the next generation of drivers. Recently, the brand joined with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America to support Diplomas to Degrees (D2D), which helps improve high school graduation rates by funding youth education programs and college preparation initiatives. The project is currently active in ten cities and was established during the past year. As part of the project, Toyota will donate  a $1.5 million grant over three years to supply support, tools, and resources to the Boys & Girls Clubs to aid high school-to-college transitions.

There's no denying it: vehicles are getting more dependable. Fewer problems are being reported every year for new vehicles, and Toyota vehicle s are no exception. Toyota Regains Normal Assembly Line Production Pace

Toyotais at it again, and by "it" we mean production. Workers at Toyota plants in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada, worked additional hours in November 2011 to "catch up" after the company's plants in Thailand were disrupted by recent flooding. The plants had already part production, in part, due to Japan's earthquake and tsunami earlier this year, which diminished supplies of plastic and rubber components and electronics.
