Our Response to COVID-19

Fred Anderson Toyota has taken several actions to address COVID-19. Our first priority is the health of our associates and customers. We are doing our best to provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for our associates so that they can serve our customers with the best possible experience. The cleanliness and maintenance of our facility is always something we have prioritized, and we are now taking extra steps to keep you safe. Please see below for answers to our most common questions:

Will you remain open?
We plan to remain open as long as we can provide a safe and healthy environment for our associates to serve our customers.  We are closely monitoring and following the guidance from local authorities. Please refer to the hours section on this page for the most up-to-date information.

What precautions are you taking?
  • In addition to our thorough daily facility cleanings, we are keeping janitorial staff on-site all day to constantly wipe down common areas and pay extra attention to doors, chairs, and countertops.
  • We have placed hand sanitizer along with disinfectant wipes throughout the dealership.
  • All of our associates who will come into contact with your car will wear rubber gloves and have been provided cleaning wipes for steering wheels, door handles, etc.
  • If you are sick but have urgent needs to repair your vehicle, please do not come to the dealership.  Give us a call and we will find a way to help you without risking the health of our employees and other guests.  

Can I buy a car from home?
Yes! We have several tools available on our website to expedite the purchase process. Once you have completed some or all of the processes below, we will contact you to make further arrangements.

Can I sell you my car from home?
Yes! Once you fill out the trade appraisal form, we will contact you with any additional questions and provide you with a firm offer to purchase your vehicle.

How can I get my car serviced?
We have three options available:
  1. Schedule a service appointment, then bring your vehicle in to the dealership (Please note that our shuttle service is currently suspended - you will need to arrange transportation if dropping vehicle off)
  2. Call and schedule a service drop off. Once you get to the dealership, we will provide you with a form to fill and envelope for your keys. The service advisor will call and/or text you to discuss any needed repairs. The invoice can be paid over the phone prior to pickup. 
  3. Call and schedule a service pickup. Please call the dealership to arrange this - we are happy to accommodate as much as our staffing levels will allow.
The bottom line is this: if you are interested in purchasing or servicing a vehicle but are not comfortable coming into the dealership, email or give us a call.  We are prepared to be very flexible doing business online, on the phone or bringing a car to you.
