Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford is honored to host our annual charity campaign, DRIVE FOR A DIFFERENCE, a program that has been at the heart of our community since 2021. Since its inception Fred Anderson's DRIVE FOR A DIFFERENCE has allowed us to give back to the communities that have supported us for so many years, fostering a deep relationship with our dealership and the communities we serve.
Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford has had a long-standing tradition of supporting charitable organizations, and DRIVE FOR A DIFFERENCE has become a key part of that legacy. Through DRIVE FOR A DIFFERENCE, we contribute $5000 each month to local charities with our employees and customers playing an active role in selecting the recipients. This program is a reflection of our commitment to making a meaningful impact in our community year after year.
We proudly partner with several impactful organizations in our community:
Helping Hands Clinic: Helping Hands Clinic is a Sanford-based nonprofit providing free medical, dental, vision, pharmaceutical, and mental health referral services to uninsured and low-income residents of Lee County. Supported by volunteers and community donations, the clinic delivers essential care, medications, and treatment assistance, serving as a vital healthcare safety net for those most in need.
Bread Of Life Ministries: Bread of Life Ministries supports the Sanford community by serving thousands of nutritious meals each year to walk-in guests and home-bound individuals, helping ensure that vulnerable neighbors have consistent access to food and compassionate support.
Haven of Lee County: Provides safe and free room and board for women, men and their children as they leave abusive situations and seek long-term housing and healing. Helping people heal from abuse as we work to end domestic violence and sexual assault through community, education, intervention, and primary prevention.
Boys & Girls Clubs of North Carolina: Provides support to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.
